다운로드 : http://biopython.org

설치 :

# cd /usr/local/src

# wget http://biopython.org/DIST/biopython-1.60.tar.gz

# tar zxvfp biopython-1.60.tar.gz

# cd biopython-1.60

# python setup.py build

# python setup.py install

3. 테스트

# python

>>>  from Bio.Seq import Seq

>>> from Bio.Alphabet.IUPAC import unambiguous_dna

>>> new_seq = Seq('GATCAGAAG', unambiguous_dna)

>>> new_seq[0:2]
